Three rounds of heat and cold, finishing in the lake
$130 weekday, $155 weekend and peak
Ten thermal experiences and Okanagan Lake sit a few steps from the sauna. Most guests won't reach them all in one visit.
Included with every circuit
Robe
Heavy enough to sit in, and yours for the whole visit.
Towel
Provided, so you can leave yours at home.
Locker
Somewhere for everything you brought and won't be needing.
All ten experiences, and the lake
How much of the circuit you reach in one visit is entirely your call.
The shape is fixed. The way through is yours.
The circuit will run three rounds across 150 minutes. You warm through, then break for the cold. Then you rest, and the rest is longer than it sounds like it needs to be, before going again.
The rooms run from a salt room at 20°C to a Finnish sauna at 90°C. The cold side goes the other way: air below zero, water between five and ten. The lake is whatever the season makes it.
Every circuit finishes on cold. Yours can finish in the lake, with the light over the water doing what it does here.
The order inside a round matters
Break straight for the cold
The Finnish sauna is the hottest room at 90°C. Stay until you feel it, then go straight to the cold.
Seconds, not minutes
A few seconds in the cold plunge is plenty. The minute afterwards is the one you came for.
Take the hammam slowly
Warm marble and humid air at 40–50°C, built around the gommage scrub. Not a room to rush.
Use the salt room between rounds
20°C, low light, and nothing asked of you. Best used between rounds rather than at the end.
